After Completing the Oreburgh Gym I'm able to make it up to Floaromoa town but none of the story NPCs are spawning. I get to the Valley Windworks and talk to the Team Galactic grunt, but no battle follows and I'm able to freely walk around Floaromoa Medow as well, no story NPC's (Other than the 2 in the House) spawn. Any help would be apricated.

If you haven't previously, you must speak with Sandy on Route 205 after arriving in Floromoa Town in order to start the mini-quest. Can you see whether the Sandy NPC is available for you there?

Thank you for your help, last night Sandy wasnt showing up for me but she was there today, and I was able to continue the story line. Thanks again for your assistance.
