This channel is mostly used by people who speak spanish and they are insulting each other, telling xenophobic comments and this could be annoying for the other people, the channel have minimum moderation the reason i think is the currents Mod/GMs dont speak spanish.

 

The suggestion is have a moderator with the ability to communicate with this people fluently.

Should create more channels and hire more staff that are bilingual. As soom may know, Poke MMO have several channels and you can pick and choose what langauges you wish to see.

First of all, PRO can't HIRE anyone and i don't think there are even enough moderator for normal players.
