Yesterday i used 1 rr ticket for my heatran
then i dicided to use double reroll after thatbut the npc not let me to choose my heatran and said only one perday
but till take my double reroll tickets
today i came back but its has been reset and i lost my 2 tickets for nothing
could you help me with this, please?

I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. After activating the double reroll service, it will last for only 1 hour in which you will get two rerolls per ticket up to 10 Reroll Tickets. Reroll Tickets may be hard to get, but given that the NPC has stated the mechanics of the double reroll service, we unfortunately cannot give you a refund. Hope you will understand.
