Beating E4

So i need massive help as i fought gary and beat him with only 2 pokemon surviving the fight, i went up to see oak and it teleported me back to my room. I went out and spoke to mum and then mr.mime the server than booted me and when i logged back on i spawned into the chat of gary and had to battle him again. Pokemon are fainted items have been used and there is no hope for me to beat him again. I lost all that money i spent on items and now left with only 16k to my name. Please help fix this all do something.
