Fenne Posted April 7, 2016 Share Posted April 7, 2016 Go back to Viridian and go west back to the entrance of Kanto's Victory Road. When near the entrance, go south and there you'll see guards blocking the route to Johto. If you are the Kanto Champion, they'll let you pass.
