Description and Message

Is there any information on when Fairy pokemon movesets will be updated to Gen6? Sadly I based a lot of my team around fairy moves for the Johto e4 and its making it really difficult when none of my pokemon can learn any of the moves they should be learning.

 

Also, when that happens, if my pokemon are already level 100, will they be able to get their moves from the move relearner? or does it not work that way.
