My riolu have max happiness (255) and eat rare candies in daytime (10:23am poketime) but it dont evo to lucario. Now he is at level 100 and cant use rare candy, what should i do now to evo him to lucario? Please help me

Please try lowering the happiness of your Riolu by having it faint against a wild Pokémon. Afterwards, reach maximum happiness again and make sure it is daytime when you do so.
