Hi,so,i have a friend that very need to switch from silver server to gold,but when he using free transfer on the Dashboard,it keep deny him with the reason "still have lend poke in open",but that lend poke have back to the users long time ago,and he still can't transfer into gold server.He's stuck in silver for around 2 months now.Pls do something about it
