Did you unzip the PROclient before executing the program?

Can you try these procedures and see if you can solve the issue?

 

1. Delete all PRO files that you have inside your computer

2. Flush your bin from your computer

3. Restart your computer

4. Totally disable your Firewall and Antivirus

5. Download the game here 

6. Put all your PRO files inside a folder and not directly into your drive like this

7. Run the program as adminstrator

 

Note that if you succeed in running PROclient, please remember to reactivate your antivirus and firewall, and add an exception for your PROclient.
