May I ask you the reason why you want to delete this account and make a new account?

When I check your account info, this account barely logged in to play the game, with a playtime less than 1 hour.

I'm looking to do a fresh restart to attempt to do a nuzlocke challenge. For some reason, I've changed my password on this account but it won't let me log in on the client. I don't want to go past the account limit because I have two other main accounts that I'd rather not endanger a ban.

If I can't delete this account, I'd need help figuring out why when I change my password on the dashboard, it doesn't work on the client side.

I reinstalled the client and it works again, but we're doing randomized starter clause and squirtle wasn't my randomized pick unfortunately :')

Is it still possible to delete this account so I can make another?

I'm glad to hear that you succeeded in logging into the account.

But, unfortunately, we do not offer account deletion nor account reset nowadays.

If you already possess 4 accounts, you won't be able to make another account.

However, I can recommend you to start a new story in another server.

Note that you are still allowed to play on both Silver and Gold with your account, and this will allow you to proceed the story from Kanto with a new starter of what you wished.

Yeah, I don't believe I have access to the 4th account

Is it possible to have the account wiped and I could keep it with reset progress?
