Why is that hard, to get a squirtle in Vermilion?? I mean, i'm surfing for hours and the only pokemon thats spawn me is tendacools and tendcruels. How rare is to get a squirtle in Vermilion?

Note that squirtle is ranked as "rare" tier, which means it is one of the rarest pokemon you can find in PRO.

Therefore, depending on your luck, it could take sometime until you can encounter one.
