unfortunately I'm having a problem with the  Halloween event I could go around the board but I can't participate at all. Do you think I have to redownload the game or what should I do.  PLEASE HELP..

I'm really sorry, but I couldn't fully understand the part "I could go around the board".

Do you mean that you can you can access the Halloween map, but cannot proceed from the town?

Screenshots of your issue will be helpful.
