What have you done before the problem was there?

I was playing normaly and when I found a rare pokemon after at least 2 hours, i clicked on the items to use a pokeball and the game began to block... and not 1 single time, is already the 4th one!

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried to wait, 1 time worked, I only had to wait, but the other 3 times i lost 2 hours in this game and the rare pokemon which i searched. Please resolve it

The game has problems whilst loading your items so you need to wait if you didn't wait and decided to click multiple times it will crash
