Darkrai disappeared

So i just beat the Darkrai Quest and after i went to buy a Master Ball from another Player, he just disappeared from his throne. Is he gone forever or is it possible to respawn him?

There is a boss named Horon located at the Dark Valley. (Top of Necropolis)
Defeating this boss will reset your Dark Realm in case you have something forgotten there or failed to catch darkrai.
Note that you must defeat him without having any of your pokemons faint.
If it's your first time defeating Horon, you'll only receive a Halloween Rapidash Mount, so you'll have to defeat the boss one more time in order to re-enter the Dark Realm. (Cooldown of the boss is 3 days)
