Hi,

 

the evolution window didnt appear at lvl 98 99 and 100 with or without rare candy
it happened yesterday, i then logged out/logged in again, restarted the game and my pc completely and nothing changed 
and now i cant give him rare candies to evolve him 
please help

    Hello @Xeu,

     

    This issue may arise if your client gets stuck somehow and a reboot of the client should be able to fix it. Now, even when your Squirtle is at level 100, you can still trigger your Squirtle's evolution by using Mysterious Candy which can be bought at any department store for 5000 pokedollars.

     

    Hopefully, this should fix your issue. Please let us know how things turned out after taking the aforementioned actions. We would be waiting for your reply.
