I was wondering why my Shuckle did not learned capacities like "Shell Smash", "Power Split" or "Guard Split" ?

there are several pokemon that haven't updated to gen 6, shuckle is one of them.

No possibilities to implement "Shell Smash" then ? It's just a boost x)

Aswell, Shell Smash already implented because it's avaible on Shellder ...
