I'm really sorry to inform you this, but when I checked your account information, it seems like you have failed or left the place at least once while doing the Dark Realm quest.

Note that you'll have to finish the quest without any fail in order to receive the IV locked reroll chance.

That solves my problem, i used escape rope when i got warped in the dark realm i thought my game bugged but that's unfortunate i can't get a free iv lock reroll anyways thank you
