My chansey would not evolve.. Happiness is at Max.... And it's level is at LVl 80.... What should I do?

Hello @Adiel16,

 

You are facing this problem because you might have once cancelled the evolution of your Chansey. Happiness evolution only takes place when the happiness of the Pokemon reaches the point 255 and other certain conditions are met. 

 

So now, to trigger your Chansey's evolution again, can you please try to decrease its happiness by fainting it in a wild battle, and max its happiness again? This should trigger the evolution.
