No IV reroll

I just recently beat darkrai but I never got my IV Reroll. I’ve talked to the ladies outside of the darkrai tower and they just say they can’t help me. I’ve even tried to convert my IVS back for 50,000 but it says they can’t since they’ve never been changed. Can anyone help?

I apologise for the inconvenience, but the NPC Spirit-seer Esmeralda will only give you the locked IV Reroll if you complete the quest without leaving the Dark Realm. 

So now, do you remember if you have fainted and/or leave the Dark Realm at any point while doing the quest?

Sorry I never saw this message back. I finished the darkrai quest during this event and was trying to reroll him but was never able to.

@Dongerjew, as I previously said, you won't get a reroll ticket from the NPC if you leave the dark realm. So there may be a possibility that you leave the dark realm and hence never got a reroll ticket. Please tell us if you remember anything from the time you did the quest. It would be very helpful for us to figure out your problem.

I fainted once during in the dark realm but never left the dark realm.

Now, can you please send us a screenshot of you speaking with the NPC Spirit-seer Esmeralda and let us know if you remember ever disconnecting from the game after defeating the Dark Realm?
