Well since ive seen someone saying that the game to get a stable server need more $ well i got an idea that could help people in game and devs

make the Membership a token or coin tradeable ingame:

 

[glow=red]-More money for the game develop

 

-Players that their countrys dont allowed them to use paypal or they cant for "X" reason would be able to access to the coin or token by trade

 

-u will have a way to see how the economy ingame evolve comparing how the prize of that token change[/glow]

If I correctly understood what you wrote then I think its already planned.
