I think showing in the Pokedex what EV gains each Pokémon dish out in battle would help people EV train a lot. If you have never done it before you have to always have another window with Bulbapedia or something open to check back and forth every time you encounter a wild Pokémon.

Not really, there is already a list of best spots to ev train pokes ^^ As i dont find this useless, because too much information is never too much, i dont consider it that much important because people can still ev train how they desire with many different guides already, all it takes is a bit of research.
