i have a level 61 budew and I cant evolve it into roselia. He is at 255 happinnes and i dont know what to do.

I already leveled it up at morning 2 times. I also decreased his happinness and raised it again, if someone could help me it would be awesome

Im sorry for this inconvenience.
Happiness evolutions can sometimes be a bit tricky in PRO. 

Try following:

 

  • Let your Budew faint in a wild battle to lose happiness (No trainer battle)
  • Log out and close your client completely
  • Login 
  • Heal your Budew and let it gain happiness again while it is day time (10am-20pm Poké-time)
    => The evolution should trigger now

 

This should work. Let me know if it did.
