Hey @Reyan1,

generally it is nice to have  some Dark, Bug or Ghost types in your team as they are strong against Sabrina's Psychic Pokémon. Especially Dark types completely resist Psychic type moves.

At Route 16 and 18 you can find Murkrow for example as Dark type Pokémon.
In Pokémon Tower (Lavender Town) you can find Ghastly as Ghost type Pokémon (Ghastly is generally a very good story Pokémon)
Bug types are in various locations.

Second point would be your Pokémon level's.
Recommended are Pokémon around the level 65 for the Saffron gym. Your Pokémon are a bit under that. A bit training may be needed whatsoever. Keep in mind: If Pokémon are unevolved they gain much more exp!

In the end, you could also use some tricks to pass the gym.

One way for a win would be to catch a few low level Geodude (Mt. Moon for example) with Sturdy as ability. Now you teach them Toxic (Aviable at Fuchsia Gym) and use that move against the Gym leader's Pokémon.
Of course Sabrinas Pokémon are much stronger but thanks to the Sturdy ability the Geodudes will survive with 1 HP left while you hit the Toxic move. At this point you can spam Potions to completely heal up your Geodude. Now when Sabrina attacks again your Geodude will survive again with 1 hp and you can wait till Sabrinas Pokémon faint due to the poison.
You would need at least 1 Geodude per opponents Pokémon.

This is a kind of easy and save method, but it will not fix the issue that you are probably underleveled.

A other way would be to buy or lend a strong Pokémon in the trade chat. This costs of course (maybe even much?!) money and may also not be the most satisfying way.

Hope I could help.

Kind regards~
