No, this is not a problem of the game. I use something to send mensages automatic on the trade chat, because of this i have been banned forever? What have you already tried to solve the problem? I not doing nothing to solve it, the GM kicked me, I not lie for he, just said what i'm doing with all words. And i can't enter in the game after. The GM be able to ban me for a mouth, but forever is non sense. I have been played this game 100 hours, is crazy get bannish because the trade chat. Description and Message just turn on the account later, can be next week, next mouth, it's ok for me.
