I don't think It's a bug, happens everywhere. And I'm pretty sure almost everyone knows about this already.

Anyways, this happens'
When you're in an event island (murky town for example)

When you're in those stop houses,

And plenty other places.

    This is actually a known issue, and unfortunately, there are no immediate plans to fix it, but hopefully sometimes in the future 🙂
