This issue may arise if your client gets stuck somehow and a reboot of the client should be able to fix it. Simply re-logging doesn't help. You have close the client completely and login again. Try to use mysterious candy again after this. Hopefully, this will solve your problem. Let us know how things turned out after taking the aforementioned actions. Kind regards, Yverneas.
