I'm not very good in english but i'm going to try to explain you what i want to suggest. So, be indulgent with my language :).

 

 

 

i recently started to play at PRO, and I already noticed a few weaknesses in the providing of content.

Having still been conquered by the game, I maked a small donation in exchange for a small mount :).

 

That is not the issue, it is especially this mount, I just can use it on one of the two servers (RED).

 

This wouldn't be dérrangeant whether this server had no regular crash. Adding to that, often a very long wait

to have access at peak times.

 

I don't know the number of receipts for donations, but apparently the second server (BLUE) was added recently. Very good initiative from you, this proves your investment and the appreciation of the players who helped you to improve your services.

 

However, it's only useful for newcomers, or to create a new history if you already have an account on the first server.

In my umble opinion it would be better to allow all players to get or not his backup one server to the other(s).

 

I suggest this because after a few hours spent on the game, those little problems mentioned just above, had a little discouraged me. I want to say, this could discourage more than one person, and this can slow down your development.

 

It would be really nice to have a backup selection, while keeping the automatic backup on servers, this would get a better fluidity for the players, and certainly for servers also. We can see the first server is often saturated...

 

 

That is my suggestion, I hope you will take note and you give me a short answer on the subject.

You may have a much better idea which prepares and if that's the case, I'd be glad to know it :) !
