Hello!

I was battling/trying to catch Solgaleo on Birth Island, but I got Disconnected.. I relogged, and I was on an empty Birth Island with Solgaleo gone.. went back to the Mysterious Captain who told me to go back and re-prepare, I thought Solgaleo would respawn, but now I can't go again.

 

Is there a way to get my ticket back and redo the battle? Since I could not finish the battle and catch the legendary.

I am sorry for the inconvenience and I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I am afraid you will have to get another mysterious ticket for another chance to battle and catch it.
