i cant write all chat room. what should i do ? if i mistake . im sorry . and no mistake again . what should i do ? there is no all chat room on the game . if u shall me i re-install game . thanks .

I cant see any chat ban on your account. You can always see your infraction history (chat bans etc.) on your Dashboard.

Anyway: Can you still not chat?
If you cant, is there any message in the chat telling you why you cant chat? If possible, make some screenshots and send them here.
