140502 Since the accident was player's mistake, we can't retrieve your pokemon back. Sorry.

Its not really all the players fault :/ the same happened to me, we are all aware of how bad the boxes organization are at the moment, and that makes a few players accidentally release their own Pokemons, it is really needed to improve these boxes as soon as possible... I would preffer to see new boxes than hoen for example. But do not say it is a player mistake when it isn´t, the player has some guilty on this action yeah, but it is not all the players fault... Imagine if you have 30 gastlys on the box, all mixed up with that one you actually want, and you start releasing the trash ones, you may as well accidently release the good one ^^

We are all aware that the game is on beta and there is much work to do to make the stability of the game much better, and the game is as great as it is so far, on my opinion probably the best pokemon mmo out there... But your priorities right now should not be Hoenn, there are much more important things to do than add a new region with the same problems than the previous ones.

Releasing pokemon involved confirmation window, thus if you drag then click "ok" without checking the pokemon that would be entirely player side mistake not to be careful.

We do aware the lack of freedom on pc system. The better pc organizer is planned on future.

For now I suggest you to put items on pc pokemon to recognize important one, like sitrus or oran berry. Since hold pokemons are noticable on pc.

As long as the Pokemon's ID is known, I don't see any reason for it not to be brought back. Unless the Pokemon is wiped off the database completely of course. "Our mistake/your mistake" shouldn't play any part is the main idea of my post. This is just my opinion of course.
