What have you done before the problem was there?

I was battling Agatha, and the server crashed in the middle of the battle while I had an advantage.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I asked for help from moderators/admins and never got a response. I pressed space bar thinking i was typing in chat and initiated a battle with Agatha again. My Seadra fainted and my Charizard was at half health but had to start all over.

 

Description and Message

The server crashed in the middle of my battle with Agatha, I want the items I had before I entered the E4 or I want a pass to Agatha. I should not have to battle Loeri and Bruno again and it is not on my account that the server crashed in the middle of a battle in the elite 4. I have a screen shot of the battle when the server crashed.

This was just unlucky. Many people including myself have had a crash while doing the e4, fighting a boss or catching a shiny. You will just have to give the e4 another try when the cooldown expires, as far as I'm aware staff don't have a way to help for situations like this. Better luck next time I guess.

Apologize us for crashes, we keep working to fix issues on servers.
