Help! My pokemon is not evolving

My pokemon doesn't show the evolution window. My riolu is already lvl 100 and I can't do anything. Will you help me? Please

Hi, @Kexo

 

Note that riolu evolves via level up with high happiness at daytime.

Since your riolu is level 100, you'll have to purchase mysterious candy.

You can purchase mysterious candy from the PvP coin shop for 1 PvP coin, PvE coin shop for 2 PvE coins, or Department Store for 5k.

Make your riolu max happiness, and then use the mysterious candy at daytime (10:00-20:00).

 

Try these procedures, and let me know if you face further issues.

Can you try these procedures and let me know if you can evolve your riolu?

1. Kill your riolu in a wild battle (Should be a wild pokemon battle, not a trainer battle)
2. Logout 
3. Close the game client completely
4. Relog
5. Heal your riolu at PC
6. Make your riolu max happiness at daytime (10:00-20:00)

Is your riolu's happiness max?

You can check your happiness via using the command "/happy PartySlotNumber" at any of the game chats. (ex. /happy 6)

Try if you followed the exact instructions that I mentioned above.

Note that your riolu should be killed by a wild encounter pokemon.

Did you let your riolu die in a wild pokemon battle?
Also, did you close your game client completely in between not just logout and then relog right away?

And is your riolu max happiness?

If you don't mind, can you show us the happiness of your riolu?

These are the parts that many players misunderstand the procedure.
