What have you done before the problem was there?

Nothing, just downloaded and installed the APK from the site.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I've checked minimum requirements:

Android 6.0

CPU: Quadcore 2.5Ghz

RAM 2Gb

I've checked the developer options

I've installed "google keyboard" because the game crashes when it tries to open the keyboard

I've tried to clear cache and data and install again the apk

After the loading i'm able to see the login screen but the game crashes after i tap on the "username" tab.

I can see "username" and "password" tabs but i can't type anything because the game crashes.

Hello guys, I think this guide could help you. Main developers of the game and some users like me are investigating why it does not work for a lot of people.

Follow it step by step, if you can't manage to make it work... By now, the only solution is flashing a custom ROM or different one. Cyanogenmod seems to work like a charm. Good luck! :Grin:
