You have incorrectly merged your Red and Blue servers and then transferred. We are investigating your problem right now and anticipate having a solution soon. Make sure not to trade in your account until then. This will result in the permanent loss of your account. 

I suppose you can understand the seriousness of the situation.

I apologise for the delay. We have transferred your servers back, unmerged your account, and then force-merged it correctly for you. Now you should get all of your badges, key items, and other things back in Silver Server

Can you please check and confirm the same?
