We are investigating your problem right now and anticipate having a solution soon. Make sure not to trade in your account until then. This will result in the permanent loss of your account. We have transferred your servers back, unmerged your account, and then force-merged it correctly for you. Now you should get all of your badges, key items, and other things back in Silver Server.
