What have you done before the problem was there?

I want to report someone i got a message from earlier today, but i can`t post anything on the Report Center board.

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

No, because i don`t know how to do anything about the fact that i can`t file a report when necessary, because i can`t access the Report Center at all.
