I am halfway through Johto when I went to the Christmas island. I was really excited to grab a Ralts, but when I got it I found out it's technically a Kanto Pokemon, and is now stuck in my party. Is it possible for Staff to move it into my PC?

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and sorry for any inconvenience that it may have caused. Interacting with one of the sailors to exit event maps automatically moves any region-locked Pokemon in your party to the PC. However, on closer inspection, we discovered that you can bypass this by using an Escape Rope. You should be able to resolve the situation by returning to one of the event maps and leaving through one of the sailors there. If the problem persists after doing this, please let us know.
