I talked to Norex on discord already about this problem and we tried everything (change password, direct connect via console, and even via vpn) nothing worked so he told me to try contacting support. I get the "unable to connect" loop everytime. Forgot to add that this is a new account so I cant merge anything from red/blue. If it still doesn't work, then try to open console by pressing F2 in login screen and type connect 45.9.150.75 800 for Silver Server. Let us know how the things turned out after using these methods.
