I asked for a better reward when talking to James, I finished main quest line + salamencite quest and Psyduck Fan doesn't let me do anything. I didn't have a Mega Bracelet when I finished Salamencite quest, so that might've been the issue, but still, I got my Mega Bracelet AFTER I got Salamencite. When rewarding me with the Bracelet they also gave me the Salamencite stone, but after trying to speak with Psyduck Fan it just doesn't give me anything.
