Though, wild Sandile and Zorua in Mirage Island Summit have a little chance to hold Black Glasses. You can steal them with the help of moves like Thief or Covet on your Pokemon. Remember that your Pokemon must not be holding any item in order to steal others from wild Pokemon. You can also ask for Black Glasses in Trade Chat in-game and trade them with other players.
