So i ev trained speed and attack on my dragonair with a macho brace but when I was done and I took the item off, i am being outsped by low levels that are more than 20 lvls below me. any ideas?

i was training in dragons den and even a magikarp could outspeed me btw i dont have terrible speed on dragonair
