Rairyu Posted April 14, 2016 Share Posted April 14, 2016 So i ev trained speed and attack on my dragonair with a macho brace but when I was done and I took the item off, i am being outsped by low levels that are more than 20 lvls below me. any ideas? What were the lower level pokemon and were they using priority moves?
