So there was another pokemon server (no longer active) i played for a VERY long time, many of my friends from that server are now here :)

The Event was called CREW WARS and it worked as followed:

15 People Per Crew or Guild (very strict against alliances and Favoritism / Kickable, Temp Bannable Offense)

 

The Base Can be taken over by a crew by 1 or 2 people beating a level 100 Legendary Pokemon

 

Only One Crew can control the Base at a time>

 

Sprites can not walk thru or over each other YOU MUST BEAT the person in your path to proceed.

 

When a New crew takes over a base EVERYONE in the base is kicked out expect for members of that crew

 

There are 4 to 6 Switches in each base that give you the opportunity to take over a Base

 

3 or 5 Bases are active at a time (maybe more with the giant population of this game)

 

the event last for 1 to 2 hours WINNERS of the event will win a rare pokemon box or randomized pokeball as well as Zeny to be distributed at the Guild Leaders Discretion (creates Guild bonds and loyalty)

 

This was the MAIN reason this PCO pokemon server was so popular the Idea is amazing and if something like this was implemented i think this server would be unstoppable
