This is actually my first pokemon game ive played and im loving it so far although ive had a couple burning questions.

 

1. What is pwr on attack moves? is that its base damage or what idk.

 

2. Do I have any controll of IV/EV I hear people talk alot about it just don't understand how I can do anything to make them better.

 

3. Does speed or defense really matter ive just been nuking other pokemon with high power attackes to kill them.

 

4. Whats the point of pvp every match I get in its literally the game of swaps me and the opponent just spam swap pokemon to get the best type on type and its really boring.

 

5. Whats the best way to earn money im assuming get dig then go get all the dig spots?

1. I don't get your question.

2. You can train Evs, but not IVs; IVs are fixed and are ranodm on the pokemon you catch.

3. Evertyhing matters, you just need to train the right pokemon in the right way training the right stats.

4. Swapping is a way of playing. You need to have the right pokemon to kill the opponent, so if you don't have it, you need to switch the pokemon.

5. To make money: beat trainers, farm pokemon and sell good pokemon. In dig spots try you need to be lugky to find nuggets or similar items to be sold.

pwr is Power. It tells how strong the move going to deal the damage based on atk / s.atk
