npc doesn't accept pokemon for me to do mega stone quest. beautiful please help me

You need 25+ IVs in either atk or spatk and your dragonite doesn't meet the requirement

Hello @Dithaiancuc2,

 

Your Dragonite needs to have at least 25 IVs and 252 EVs in either Atk or Spatk as explained here:

 

 

Yours only has 5 in Atk and 16 in Spatk. So I am afraid you will have to get a new one. I hope that helped 🙂
