I use entrainment move on pvp, then when the target that was hit by entrainment switch out and switch in again, the ability of that pokemon returns to original. Is it a bug or it really works that way? If yes, what about the other changing ability moves?

The behavior that you are describing is normal. If a Pokemon affected by Entrainment is switched out, it regains its original Ability. This is also the case for other Ability-changing moves, such as Role Play, Skill Swap, and Worry Seed. I hope I was able to clear up any confusion regarding this situation.
