The problem is my choice scarf didn't get back to my inventory. I have two of them, one is held by the gastly i released and the other one is at my bag. There's no message of it getting back to my bag whatsoever so i immediately checked and as you can see the item really didn't get back

I don't know if this is intentional or is it a bug. But here's another example, since i think i don't have enough screenshot above, i tried it again
