Juffcreation
PRO Username: Juffcreati Have you looked at the FAQ to solve your issue?: Yes On which server issue happened: RED What have you done before the problem was there? Played PRO on my Desktop computer. Trying on my laptop, keeps crashing randomly. What have you already tried to solve the problem? I've redownloaded PRO, not much else I can think to do. The game crashes, gives me an error log and tells me to report the bug on here, so here I am. Description and Message As stated above, trying to play PRO on my laptop. The game crashes randomly, prompts me with an error message and says to report the bug. I have an error log given with the crash, not sure if there is any private information from my computer on it so I'm hesitant to post- if there is any part of the log that would be useful, or if I can PM it to an admin for some assistance, it would be much appreciated. The top of the error log says : atidxx64.dll caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005) in module atidxx64.dll at 0033:86f67f94. Will take screenshot upon next crash and update this Link to comment https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/21325-pro-crashing/ Share on other sites
Quitethesneaky
Are you playing on windows 10? If so, make a new shortcut for PRO, then go into the properties for the shortcut. Where it says 'target' go to the end and put in '-force-d3d9' Link to comment https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/21325-pro-crashing/#findComment-147395 Share on other sites
Juffcreation
I'll give this a try next time the game crashes - I'd try it now but I'm just happy to be on the game and it working for the moment. Thanks a ton for your reply, I will update this when I try the fix Link to comment https://pokemonrevolution.net/forum/topic/21325-pro-crashing/#findComment-147396 Share on other sites
