There are plenty of better eevees out there that you can make into a jolteon. and its only 27/25 sp/spatt... not even 29/29... so... you're really over pricing your Poke. EV training = 25k/ stat. so two stats = 50k. You'd be lucky to get 100k for this. EEVEE is a VR pokemon found in the safari zone, theres hardly any decent eevees for sale let alone one with a good nature and stats. Maybe a little more than avg is acceptable. but 400k over avg price is a little too much and I will call you out on it. Just like i call out all the trade scammers, etc. eevee is easily obtainable. everyone gets a free one. and on top of that, they are farm-able. so actually, its quite easy to obtain a good eevee. So your counter-argument is false and irrelevant.
