Mediz Posted May 6, 2023 Share Posted May 6, 2023 I found all three PC's at the end of the Hoenn Teleport Quest, and summoned Wally at the 3rd PC in Sootopolis City. I lost to him. When I checked back there is no way to retry (this was a while ago).
